This role focuses on keeping shipment information accurate and up to date across transportation management systems (TMS) and customer portals, managing proof of delivery (POD) documentation, and addressing operational issues that arise during the shift.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems, communicates clearly in writing, and can work independently while ensuring a smooth handoff to the day team.\nWhat You'll Do\nShipment Updates:Monitor shipments and update estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and arrival times in the transportation management system (TMS) and customer portals.\nPOD Management:Upload and attach proof of delivery (POD) documents to the correct shipments across the TMS and customer portals.\nOvernight Issue Handling:Monitor and address operational issues as they arise during the shift, documenting outstanding concerns and providing clear handoffs to the day team.\nRecords and Documentation:Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipment records across multiple systems.\nOperational Support:Help maintain service continuity as shipment volumes increase and assist with training a new team member for weekend coverage when needed.\nWhat You Need\n1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, transportation coordination, or logistics customer service.\nFamiliarity with a transportation management system (TMS); experience with Sunnybrook is an advantage.\nStrong written English communication skills, particularly for shipment updates, operational notes, and shift handoffs.\nComfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including TMS platforms, customer portals, and email.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer-based administrative tasks.\nProven reliability, punctuality, and attendance, particularly when working night or overnight shifts.\nTechnical Requirements\nFiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps\nBackup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps\nQuiet, conducive home workspace\nOPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours\nOPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages\nWhy Expedock\nHMO & Leave Credits:Stay protected with healthcare benefits and use accrued leave credits after your third month of engagement.\nSupportive Remote Environment:Work from home alongside a collaborative team that values growth and mutual success.\nSeamless Onboarding & Training:Get up to speed quickly with structured onboarding and client-specific training designed to help you become a subject matter expert in your assigned workflows.\nCandidate Data & Privacy Notice\nBy submitting your application to Expedock, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information for recruitment and hiring purposes.
