We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n Role Overview\nExperian Global Financial Services is looking for a Billing Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the billing team. You will use your expertise in billing processes to oversee team performance, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and foster a positive and productive work environment. You will report directly to the North America Billing Manager.\nMain Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership: Provide guidance to the billing team, ensuring accurate billing services and responses to queries.\nProcess Management: Maintain billing systems and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details, and other relevant information.\nPerformance Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review individual performance, provide developmental coaching, and promptly address employee relation issues.\nReporting: Create reports and Indicators to support management decisions and improve process control.\nKnowledge Transfer and Training: Ensure the proper flow of knowledge within the team by maintaining a comprehensive SOP structure and implementing training plans.\nProcess Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity.\nQuality Assurance: Verify the quality of processes performed by the billing team according to internal controls and standards, ensuring adherence to SOX controls.\nDemonstrated experience managing, motivating, and coaching teams.\n Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related.\n5+ years of related billing experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.\nAdvanced English level.\nFamiliarity with electronic billing systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).\nKnowledge of compliance regulations relevant to billing and finance.\nExperience working within a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
