You will work closely to design and build automated operational processes focusing on scalable cloud deployments with paradigm of infrastructure as a code.\nYou will be a critical member of the region wide cloud engineering team working to build and support multi-cloud automated platform (IaaS). Also working collaboratively with the global cloud teams to leverage standards, best practices and foster full stack operations.\nYou will bring a strong background in automated software engineering in cloud operations with strong emphasis on scripting, automated software engineering practices and supporting an enterprise level cloud platform.\nYou will report to the Cloud Technology Lead.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nStandardize, automate the provisioning, and support aspects as reusable cloud services and interfaces\n\nDevelop infrastructure as code on AWS / Azure / GCP using best practices and implementations for non-production and production environments\n\nImplement automated configuration and deployment process towards improving functionality, availability, and manageability of our enterprise cloud offerings\n\nDefine, track and report service level indicators (SLIs) and objectives (SLOs), and use error budgets to balance reliability with delivery speed\n\nParticipate in the on-call rotation to respond to, triage and resolve incidents, and contribute to blameless post-incident reviews and follow-up actions\n\nReduce toil by identifying repetitive manual operational tasks and automating them\n\nBuild and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability (metrics, logs, traces and dashboards) for cloud services\n\nContribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of cloud services, also - create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation\n\n What we're looking for:\n2+ years of experience writing Cloud Formation Templates (CFT), Azure RM Templates or equivalent GCP templates to build cloud services as code (IaC) and strong scripting experience with the AWS/Azure/GCP SDK or CLI\n\nExpertise in scripting using PowerShell and Python, with JSON/YAML used for templates and configuration\n\nUnderstanding of SRE principles, including service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, incident management and blameless post-mortems\n\n1+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent)\n\nFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment and working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core compute, storage, networking and IAM services\n\nKnowledge about APIs and Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and managed databases such as MySQL and AWS RDS\n\nWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents\n\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
