By creating meaningful customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, you will help promote engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value.\nThis is a hybrid role reporting into our Senior Customer Marketing Manager.\nWork that matters - What you'll do\nDevelop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.\nCreate compelling customer journeys and messaging that deliver a consistent experience across channels.\nManage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.\nUse customer insight and performance data to improve targeting, engagement and campaign effectiveness.\nPartner with our teams and external agencies to ensure all campaigns meet business, brand and compliance requirements.\n What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian\nExperience managing CRM or customer marketing campaigns from development through to delivery and optimisation.\nKnowledge of using customer data and insights to improve campaign performance.\nExperience working across direct marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.\nExperience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud.\nMore about you\nA customer-focused marketer with experience understanding customer behaviour and delivering engaging experiences.\nA confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with partners across multiple teams.\nDetail-oriented, commercially minded and motivated by continuous improvement and results.\n Benefits package includes:\nHybrid working - 40% office based\nGreat compensation package and discretionary bonus\nCore benefits include Pension, Bupa healthcare, Sharesave Scheme and more\n25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
