The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to manage stakeholders while driving data-driven strategies.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders\nWork with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions\nDevelop and optimize data models, KPIs, and performance metrics\nSupport business planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports\nAutomate repetitive reporting processes using tools and scripts\nPresent insights and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner\nMentor junior analysts (if applicable) and ensure best practices in analytics\nGrowth Opportunities\nOpportunity to lead larger analytics projects and teams\nExposure to advanced analytics and data science initiatives\nCareer progression into Senior Analytics Manager / Data Lead roles\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field\n4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data roles\nStrong proficiency in:SQL, Python, Pyspark\nExcel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)\nData visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)\n\nGood understanding of data modeling and ETL processes\nWorking knowledge of Python or R for data analysis\nAbility to interpret data and provide business insights\nExperience in Data Intelligence / Business Intelligence environments\nExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\nExperience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts\nBasic understanding of machine learning concepts (optional but desirable)\n Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan\nCore benefits include pension, health Insurance and term life Insurance, Sharesave scheme and more!\n25 days annual leave with 13 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
