You will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the company. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.\nYou will report to the Senior Director of Sales.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and manage BDR Performance Reporting (conversion rates, pipeline generated, attainment, campaign performance) \nCreate visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations \nField ad hoc reporting requests from Sales Operations, Sales leadership, and adjacent teams \nDocument data definitions and lineage so reporting logic is consistent and repeatable \nPrepare and maintain clean, structured datasets that support AI and automation use cases \nDeliver weekly and monthly performance readouts to BDR and sales leadership \n 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles\nBachelor's degree in related field\nExperience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard building \nAbility to translate data into clear recommendations for sales leaders \nComfortable using AI tools and workflows \nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)\nExperience working with other SDR/BDR or sales functions nice to have \n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
