Learn more at experianplc.com.\n The Field Collection Collector is responsible for visiting clients to collect outstanding payments.\nWhat you'll need to bring to the role & Experian\nVisit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.\nMaintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.\nAssess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities.\nReport regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and any issues encountered.\nHandle client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner.\nCollaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes.\nWhat you'll bring to the team\nA passion for driving corporate activities to achieve collection management targets\nThe ability to consistently deliver great results\nThis role will be reporting to the Collection Manager\n Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service role\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply\nYou will be consistently demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance and results deliveryAchieve individual / team targets\nEnsuring maximum contribution to a positive working culture Why this role is important to us This role is critical in supporting the function's operations and helping achieve its objectives of collection management whilst ensuring high level of performance is maintained.\nOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
