We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide the region with support across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.\nYour main responsibilities will include active involvement in month-end process, producing financial forecasts, regular and ad hoc management reports and a varied range of financial data analysis. You will report to the Finance Manager.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nIndependently deliver month/year end close activities ensuring financial data is accurate and following Experian's accounting policies and IFRS;\nBe responsible for selected balance sheet accounts and provide complete and informative balance sheet analysis;\nDeliver independently the monthly forecast process for a respective area;\nProvide pre-defined and ad hoc financial performance reports with accurate insights;\nSupport the development and control of the annual operating budget within the assigned region;\nAnalyze financial information in response to requests from the wider finance team and the business;\nPrepare detailed balance sheet reconciliations and support the monthly Operating Cash Flow process.\n What we're looking for\n3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, supported by a relevant Bachelor's degree.\nFinancial accounting knowledge, gained within a multinational corporate environment, including exposure to international accounting practices.\nExperience working in an international or global organisation within a complex matrix structure, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.\nInterpret financial statements, analyse variances, and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.\nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.\nExperience translating data into meaningful insights.\nFluency in English\nWillingness to improve processes and ways of working.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
