Leveraging UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and modern integration technologies, you will determine the best automation approach for each use case, whether through RPA, APIs, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou have 5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.\nYou are proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including deployment, monitoring, exception handling, reusable components, queues, and assets.\nYou have strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations.\nYou have experience designing and delivering scalable automation solutions across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.\nYou understand software engineering best practices, including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.\nYou are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.\nYou have knowledge of AI-enabled automation, including Generative AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).\nYou can assess automation opportunities and recommend the best approach using RPA, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions.\nUiPath certification or equivalent automation credentials are desirable.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou will identify, assess, and deliver automation opportunities that drive measurable business value.\nYou will design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.\nYou will build integrations using APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow technologies to create scalable and resilient solutions.\nYou will evaluate existing automations and recommend improvements through modernization, integration, or AI-enabled capabilities.\nYou will own automation delivery throughout the lifecycle, including implementation, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.\nYou will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.\nYou will troubleshoot automation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.\nYou will maintain clear technical and operational documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.\nYou will apply appropriate security, governance, and risk controls across all automation solutions.\nYou will explore and leverage emerging AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.\nThis is a #hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.\nYou will report directly to the Engineering Manager.\n RPA UI Path\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
