Learn more at experianplc.com.\n Responsibilities:\nComponent Development & Library Ownership\nPartner with UX designers to bring design concepts to life through reusable, responsive components.\nGather requirements and feedback from Product Managers, UI/UX teams, and developers to ensure understanding and usability.\nPromote adoption of the UI component library across teams by spreading excitement, conducting demos, and showcasing best practices.\nInfluence and inspire other developers to embrace accessibility and design consistency.\nAccessibility and Standards Compliance\nDevelop a centralized UI component library that supports scalability and design consistency.\nDocument components and usage guidelines for our teams.\nEnsure components are well-documented, tested, and easy to integrate across projects.\nImprove the library based on feedback and evolving design standards.\nAccessibility & Standards Compliance\nImplement and advocate for WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA accessibility standards.\nEnsure all components and interfaces are inclusive, keyboard-navigable, screen-reader, and meet WCAG design principles.\nConduct accessibility audits and integrate feedback into development cycles.\nTechnical Execution\nDevelop, responsive applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nImprove applications for mobile platforms and collaborate with teams working on Flutter to ensure design consistency.\nStay updated with frontend trends and new technologies.\nTeamwork and Communication\nBe a team player who contributes to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nExperience creating detailed technical documentation teams and team members.\nMentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.\n 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js\nExperience with accessibility standards and WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA compliance.\nExperience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.\nFamiliarity with mobile-first design and Flutter integration\nProficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
