We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n As an O2C Process Lead, you will join the Global Finance Transformation and Process Excellence team, driving the standardisation, optimisation, and governance of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Experian's global operations. Reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO), you will partner closely with Finance, Global Finance Services (GFS), Technology, and Transformation teams to deliver sustainable process improvements, support strategic change initiatives, and ensure alignment with global standards.\nYou will act as a key process expert and orchestrator, helping to translate business requirements into scalable process solutions while balancing operational efficiency, control, compliance, and customer outcomes.\nYou'll have the opportunity to:\nLead end-to-end O2C process assessments, identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency across invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections, and customer master data.\nTranslate global process standards into business requirements, process designs, functional documentation, and regional implementation activities while ensuring alignment with approved operating models.\nPartner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions, support testing, and drive successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.\nSupport governance, prioritisation, and demand management activities by assessing business cases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing recommendations to the Global Process Owner.\nUse process data, operational metrics, and performance insights to monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the O2C landscape.\nRequired Experience\nSignificant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Global Business Services environments.\nProven experience leading process improvement, transformation, standardisation, or operational excellence initiatives across multiple regions or business units.\nExperience defining business and functional requirements, process mapping, future-state design, and business readiness activities.\nStrong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, compliance frameworks, and process governance within finance operations.\nExperience supporting large-scale business change, ERP, finance transformation, or process optimisation programmes.\nTechnical Requirements\nDeep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, credit management, and customer master data.\nExperience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent enterprise finance systems.\nProficiency in process mapping, root-cause analysis, process performance measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
