The successful candidate will be an AI-native product manager and own product responsibility for the Ascend Fraud platform user experience- from strategy and discovery through roadmap execution, delivery, and market adoption - while unlocking market opportunities, platform synergies, and a clear path for migration to new services.\nProduct Strategy & Globalization\nWork alongside regional stakeholders to drive roadmap and ensure Ascend Fraud (CrossCore) experience and platform priorities support regional goals\nDrive future-state requirements, feature parity, and long-term migration plans in line with the long term Ascend Fraud and Ascend platform strategy\nProduct Discovery & Customer Insights\nWork with customers and regional stakeholders to understand and address fraud and identity challenges across use cases\nTranslate insights and usage data into product features that address clients' jobs-to-be-done\nRoadmap Execution\nOwn and deliver a roadmap for Ascend Fraud solutions across regions, with\n\"full-stack\" accountability from requirements through release for the client-facing user experience, including UI\nUsing AI-DLC processes and tools, create standardized features, capabilities and reusable components\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate with globally distributed teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery\nWork closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities\nYou will be reporting to the VP of Product Managemnt\n 5+ years of Product Manager and/or Product Owner experience in complex, matrixed organizations,\nPrior ownership of B2B user experience, including UI in SaaS environment\nDomain expertise in Identity Verification, Fraud Detection, or Risk platforms\nExperience contributing to globally distributed products and platforms\nDrive product work in a geographically distributed environment\nExperience in AI-DLC environments and use of AI tools to drive feature collaboration and accelerated product and value delivery\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
