We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner to work within our Eligibility and Decisioning Business.\nThis is a hybrid role aligned to SJP, in Nottingham.\nThe Domain:\nAs a member of the team, you will be part of a delivery team working on the development of products that combine technology and business outcomes, allowing people to share their current account transactional data and blend it with credit information insights to receive a clear picture of their financial circumstances and commitments. You will also facilitate the integration and support the offer of our data science products through the different cloud vendor marketplaces.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, refinement, and defining Epics and User Stories with high-quality acceptance criteria.\nLead requirements-driven workshops with internal teams and clients, translating business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and process/documentation artefacts.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Architecture, Development, QA, and Client Delivery Managers to ensure accurate solution design and high-quality delivery.\nDrive Agile ways of working, actively participating in sprint ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement across teams and processes.\nExhibit strong industry and domain knowledge to support informed decision-making and effective problem-solving.\nManage the delivery of multiple products while balancing other priorities and stakeholder expectations.\n Experience working as a Product Owner\nWorking knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Aha\nWorking knowledge with AI tools\nStakeholder Management and collaboration experience\nExcellent Epic and story writing experience and documentation skills\nStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to credit and personal data.\n Benefits include\nHybrid-based role 40% office base\nGreat compensation package and discretionary bonus plan\nCore benefits include pension, BUPA healthcare and more\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
