Learn more at experianplc.com.\n We are looking for Sales Account Managers to manage, grow, and retain our business relationships with Automotive Dealers across the United States. You will be reporting to our Inside Sales Director and will be assigned a territory of automotive dealer or dealer group accounts and will manage, retaining, and expanding our account base.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage account base comprised of franchised and independent auto dealers while providing an excellent customer experience\nDaily proactive client engagement through outbound dialing to ensure clients are using our products, obtaining value, and satisfied with our service\nRespond to dealer requests and inquiries regarding product use, contract and billing questions, customer disputes, and cancellations\nCoordinate your internal partners to ensure client requests are satisfied\nOnboard new dealers that have been sold by Experian Account Executives and resellers. Onboarding includes managing process to ensure product is implemented and provide product training to end-users\nRetain accounts by negotiating contract renewals\nSell into assigned account base following a sales process\nPresent additional Experian product offerings to help dealers meet their goals\nMaintain customer contact database and sales retention processes\nCollect and present voice of customer feedback to product team for product improvement opportunities\nCollaborate and team with peers, including internal and external partners\nAttend trade shows and offsite client meetings\nWhat you'll bring\nThese roles will retain roughly 800 AutoCheck accounts worth over $6M in annual revenue. Regular engagement while providing an excellent client experience will help the Auto BU retain and grow revenue.\n Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within automotive retail or SAAS\n2+ year of sales, account management, or customer service experience within automotive retail or SAAS\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nExperience within high touch outbound call center environment\nExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects\nV-suite level servicing and contract negotiation experience\nProficient with standard CRM's like Salesforce\nAbility to travel when needed, up to 10%\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
