We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n Role Summary\nAs a Sales Manager, you will drive growth across the BFSI sector by identifying and developing new business opportunities with banks, NBFCs, digital lenders, housing finance companies, small finance banks, and other financial institutions. You will work within Experian’s Consumer Services business, helping clients improve decision-making through credit risk, fraud prevention, analytics, and decisioning solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies across the BFSI sector to achieve revenue targets.\nIdentify, engage, and acquire new clients while building a strong pipeline of business opportunities.\nPromote and sell Experian’s credit risk, fraud prevention, analytics, and decisioning solutions through a consultative sales approach.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.\nCollaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and successful customer outcomes that demonstrate business value.\nMonitor market trends, represent Experian at industry events, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.\n Experience & Skills\n4+ years' experience in solution sales, consulting, financial services, or a related environment.\nStrong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, including housing finance companies (HFCs), small finance banks (SFBs), and related sectors.\nProven B2B sales experience within financial services, technology, or similar industries.\nAbility to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders.\nExperience in solution-based selling and account management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nMBA preferred.\n Additional Information\nOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
