We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n As you are a QA Engineer, it is important to focus on quality control and assurance to give business confidence that the product meets the requirements. You will report to the Engineering Manager. You will collaborate with the development team and your department across the region and globe. It is also important to have and to meet quality and performance standards.\nPerform build verification testing, regression testing and feature testing.\nCreate reusable test data. Maintain suite of regression tests.\nAnalyse, develops, codes automation scripts for regression testing.\nDocument test results and produce status reports related to testing.\nIdentify and report quality assurance and testing issues and defects.\nConvert requirements and design documents into test cases and scripts, prepare test data and implement tests using Zephyr.\nEnsure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.\nProvide assurance that systems conform to requirements and follow their established plans.\nDocument the quality testing process, describes the program, evaluation, methods of testing and improvements made to systems.\nIdentify potential defects, root cause analysis, suggest options and recommend approaches.\nResponsibilities:\nTest Automation: Develop automated test scripts using tools like TOSCA and Playwright, and Postman.\nTest Planning: Create detailed test plans and strategies based on our requirements using Zephyr.\nDefect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle.\nCollaboration: Work with development, QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.\nReporting: Provide regular updates on test progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics to partners.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement best practices.\n6 to 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. \nTechnical Proficiency: knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. \nAutomation Tools: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Playwright, and Jenkins). \nCertifications: ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing. \nDomain Knowledge: Experience working with SQL databases and solid experience in a computing environment with multiple programming languages (Python, SQL). \nTest Strategy: Experience in software test strategy, test case writing, execution and analysis. \nQuality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance and testing principles. \nDocumentation: Responsible for reviewing specifications/requirement documents to provide feedback and estimations. \nTest Scenarios: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios, test plans, test cases, and test estimates.
