Learn more at experianplc.com.\n Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.\nCollaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create test plans.\nExecute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.\nDevelop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing of new features and bug fixes.\nConduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot issues in the test environments and escalate as necessary.\nYou will report to an Engineering Manager\nYou are required to WFO 2 days a week as its Hybrid working\n Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nYou should hae 5+ years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role in software development and testing\nExperience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar.\nStrong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby\nExperience with agentic AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and spec-driven agentic development.\nTest Planning (PBI Analysis, Establishing Priorities, Providing Estimates)\nTest Design (Create/Review Test Procedures, Create/Review Test Conditions, Identify/Create Test Data)\nTest Execution (Execute Test Procedures, Create/Triage Bugs, Status Reporting, Provide Requirements Traceability)\nExperience with XML and CSV formats for test data generation.\nExperience with UAT and Production implementation & support.\nValidates Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), assuring the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of the programming interfaces\nExperience with SQL commands to create, store, retrieve, and modify data in a database.\nExperience using AI assistants to generate and maintain test cases, test data, and automation scripts from specs and PBIs, and to triage failures.\nExperience in an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC): validating AI-generated code and tests, defining acceptance criteria agents can verify, and contributing to quality gates for AI-assisted delivery.\nExperience testing GenAI-enabled features: evaluating LLM outputs for correctness, consistency and safety, building eval datasets, and regression testing prompts and models.\nFamiliarity with AI-native testing tools (Playwright MCP, self-healing locators, AI-based visual testing) and with Azure AI Foundry evaluation tooling.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or similar.\nExperience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms like Azure\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
