We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.\n Role Summary\nOur Product Development team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and high-performing products. As we transform into a product-led organization, you will help improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness through automation, monitoring, and data-driven insights.\nYou will collaborate with technical experts, contribute to our future technology strategy, and help deliver greater value to our clients. You have experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, improving platform performance and supporting service reliability.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and high-quality software delivery.\nImplement monitoring and intelligent alerting for client-facing products and internal data pipelines, ensuring faster incident detection and resolution.\nManage platform security and reliability by tracking infrastructure and application vulnerabilities, troubleshooting production and non-production issues, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions.\nImprove platform performance, resource utilisation and costs, and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.\nCollaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and product managers to support smooth system deployment and operations, while following established policies and procedures. You will report to the Software Engineering Manager.\n Qualifications\n5 years+ of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.\nExperience managing AWS workloads, particularly ECS and EKS clusters.\nExperience with high availability, disaster recovery, platform and performance monitoring.\nHands-on experience with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform and Jenkins.\n3+ years of experience using data and monitoring insights to improve cloud performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nCommunicate complex technical matters to build understanding and understanding across technical and product teams.\nExperience identifying opportunities to innovate, automate processes and improve platform performance.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
