This role offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, drive cloud transformation, and help shape the future of AI-enabled digital platforms within a global, technology-driven organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the architecture, design, and governance of Microsoft .NET applications and Azure-based solutions. \nDesign scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures using Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, and data platforms. \nDrive modernization initiatives, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native and containerized environments.\nDefine and oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and engineering governance standards.\nConduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy. \nMentor engineers and technical leaders, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement. \nSupport operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, and DevOps best practices. \nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. \n13+ years of experience in Microsoft application development and solution architecture, including 4+ years delivering Azure cloud solutions. \nStrong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure technologies, and Azure DevOps. \nExperience designing enterprise applications, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions. \nStrong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or Blazor. \nExpertise in architectural patterns, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.\n Preferred Experience\nAzure AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and GenAI solution development.\nAI-driven development practices, prompt orchestration, RAG architectures, and responsible AI governance. \nMicrosoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, ETL, and enterprise data platforms.\nMeasuring and driving the impact of AI tools on engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.\n Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
