architectural patterns, secure coding practices, and enterprise engineering standards.\n\nLead the design and development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event driven architectures, ensuring proper versioning, backward compatibility, and contract integrity.\n\nDevelop and increase relational and non-relational data models using SQL Server and other data platforms, ensuring data integrity, performance efficiency, and scalability.\n\nGuide CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling, including automated builds, testing pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment strategies.\n\nMentor and coach engineers on architectural patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and engineering best practices, thereby elevating overall team capability and code quality.\n\nConduct thorough code reviews with a focus on maintainability, performance, security, and understanding of architectural standards.\n\nEnsure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies, in handling sensitive or regulated data.\n\nYou will report to an Engineering Manager.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's in computers or Master's preferred\nYou need to have 7+ years of professional .NET development and architectural experience\nYou need to have 2+ years of Azure cloud experience\nExperience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core\nExperience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Relational Database Design\nExperience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS)\nExperience with Azure Cloud Solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)\nExperience with Azure Entra, App Services, Azure Functions, APIM, Azure SQL\nExperience with agentic AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and spec-driven agentic development\nExperience with API development and integrations\nExperience with SSIS, ETL, Azure Data Factory\nExperience of common architectural patterns and cloud native development\nExperience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with microservices architecture, Docker, containers\nExperience with Entity Framework or other ORM\nHands-on experience with an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC): writing specs and acceptance criteria that agents can execute against, maintaining agent context and instruction files, and reviewing and validating AI-generated code to team standards\nExperience building GenAI features in .NET using Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry, including prompt engineering, RAG with Azure AI Search, and Semantic Kernel or similar orchestration\nExperience using AI assistants for test generation, code review, refactoring and documentation, with judgement on when AI output needs human verification\nFamiliarity with MCP servers and tool integrations that let agents work with internal APIs, databases, and pipelines\nSkills\n.NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Azure,
