The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. and grow the brand.\nMain tasks:\nIn an exclusive atmosphere, you will introduce our customers to the large collection of the TUMI world and provide expert advice.\nYour excellent customer service combined with sales skills and empathy for the traveling customer will lead you to success.\nYou conscientiously handle the operation and billing of the cash register.\nWith skill and attention to detail, you will ensure that our high-quality products are presented in an inviting manner based on the specified guidelines.\nYou will also enthusiastically support internal events and promotions.\nRequirements:\nInitial professional experience in the retail sector is desirable, preferably from the premium sector.\nYou have a passion for selling premium products.\nGood understanding of English, additional language skills would be an advantage.\nYou have enthusiasm for our products.\nYou are characterized by a pleasant and open sales personality.\nYou impress with your well-groomed and professional appearance.\nYou also demonstrate good Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nCustomer Service/Sales\nOffer advice on, and demonstration of TUMI products in a professional manner to ensure a friendly shopping experience. \nIntroduce selling benefits and various features of merchandise range.\nMaximize sales through detailed product knowledge and add on sales.\nBe knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability.\nDeal with customers in a cheerful, polite and efficient way, always considering their needs.\nHandle customer complaints and phone queries tactfully in line with Company Policy.\nProcess transactions in an efficient and professional manner always adhering to Company Procedures.\nBe fully aware of TUMI after sales service, warranties and areas covered.\nMaintain awareness of sales promotions, incentives and product brochures.\nBe aware of all sales figures, targets and bonuses on a daily/weekly/period basis.\nStock/Merchandising\nProcess deliveries and communicate any discrepancies under and over in an efficient manner.\nEnsure backup stock and stockrooms are kept in order.\nBe knowledgeable of all products (current and new) and selling benefits.\nAssist in layouts and maintenance of merchandising and internal displays.\nRead and action relevant Head Office communications. \nAssist in stock counts as directed by Store Manager.\nSecurity\nTo ensure that any security issues are acted upon where possible and reported to Management.\nTo remain vigilant when dealing with stock and monies, ensuring that Company Procedures are always adhered to. \nHouse Keeping\nMaintain high standards at all times within the store.\nEnsure that cleaning is carried out daily, and look after all fixtures, fittings, and stock.\nOperations /Administrative Duties\nHandle telephone enquiries in a polite, helpful and efficient manner; and ensure all messages are communicated.\nEnsure all customer enquiries/orders are communicated to Head Office in accordance with Company Procedures.\nCarry out stock and personnel administration as directed by Management.\nAttendance\nTo report for work 10 minutes before the start of the shift in order to prepare for the scheduled start time.\nIf absent or late, to contact the store at the earliest opportunity to allow for any alternative arrangements to be made.\nIf employee is unable to attend work they must speak directly to their Manager by Telephone as soon as possible.\nAny loss of business time must be made up and discussed with manager.\nTo attend training courses as directed by Store Manager, arriving at the training venue in a timely manner.\nTo adhere to company attendance policy\nAppearance\nMaintain a well-groomed, neat and tidy appearance at all times, in line with Company Dress Policy.\nHealth & Safety\nEnsure that any accidents or potential dangers to staff or customers are acted upon where possible and reported to Management.\nBe knowledgeable of Health and Safety Manual and fire safety procedures of managing agent within store.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nTo perform duties of a similar nature as required and directed by Management.\nSkills required:\nConstant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos\nComputer literate.\nPrevious experience in retail.\nAbility to work under pressure.\nTeam player and motivator.\nTarget driven.\nBrand sensibility\nGood command of
