their families and team members.\nWe are looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher to join our amazing team!\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.\nMaintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.\nWash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.\nMaintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.\nKeep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.\nCheck dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.\nMaintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels.\nRecord temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal.\nAdhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.\nAssist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.\nAssist cooks and wait staff as requested.\nAssist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.\nAttend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.\nMay perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.\nRequirements\n Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.\n Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n Positive demeanor and “can-do” attitude.\n Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction.\n Builds positive and strong relationships with all team members, and residents.\n Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.\n Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.\n Accept direction from superiors or other experienced staff.\n Share job knowledge or resident information with others as needed.\n Give and welcome feedback.\n Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.\n Benefits\nWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical,
