Interviews are happening now!\nResponsibilities:\nProvide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.\nInterviews, coaches, trains, develops, and helps hire new dining room team members ensuring ESL dining standards are met.\nProvides valuable input in all evaluations and disciplinary actions for dining team members. \nCoordinates scheduling for all front of the house team members.\nCollaborates with Executive Chef on using systems, software and computer programs to ensure compliance in operations.\nAssists with purchasing food and alcohol in Executive Chef’s absence.\nManages POS functions through eMenu Choice software.\nCoordinate and lead all special events, and sales & marketing events and appropriately staff for these events.\nEstablishes a connection to new residents ensuring satisfaction with meal service and transitioning into the community.\nAssists in the coordination of guest visits, special parties and family events for residents with the Executive Chef.\nCreates a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all team members. \nAssists with Pre-Meal stand up for all dining and kitchen team members. \nMay perform other duties as assigned. \nConnect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction.\nPositive leader with the ability to lead and coach team members. \nAbility to build positive and strong relationships with team members and residents. \nFocused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service. \nAble to handle multiple jobs and priorities. \nAble to delegate and hold team members accountable in an efficient and respectful manner. \nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED).\nThree (3) to Five (5) years dining room or restaurant wait staff experience.\nWorking knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food safety standards.\nPrevious management or team leadership experience necessary.\nStrong organization and time management skills.\nAble to manage budgets including food, supplies, and labor. \nAble to solve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members. \nPrevious experience in banquets or special event planning. \nBasic computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Office.\nAbility to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.\nBenefits\nWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.\nCompensation: $65,000 - $70,000/year\nApplication Deadline: This position will remain open until filled.
