They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.\nWe are looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join our amazing team!\nResponsibilities:\n Assists in collecting the documents and required forms needed for the new residents’ admission by collaborating with the sales team.\n Ensure state compliance with the initial chart and resident file setup. \n Assist DHW in audits and state specific team member training as needed.\n Assist DHW with state inspections/surveys and collection of any required documentation in preparation of survey.\n Assist with interview scheduling for the department and on-going hiring.\n Assist DHW with managing call offs and scheduling during the day.\n Other administrative duties as assigned by the DHW and Executive Director as needed.\n May perform other duties as assigned\n Requirements\n High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
