This isn’t your typical recruiting role. It’s a mix of relationship-building, recruiting, account support, and operational know-how, with the opportunity to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking talent and clients.\nIf you’re resourceful, people-savvy, organized, and passionate about helping people find the right opportunities, we want to meet you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Bilingual Staffing Specialist at Openwork, you’ll wear a few important hats: recruiter, talent coach, and client partner. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:\nRecruit and place great talent through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies.
