Rome.\nABOUT THE JOB\nAs a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:\nWashing dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen equipment used during service (pots, pans, ovens, mixers, etc.), as well as proper storage,\n\nCleaning kitchen areas and back-of-house spaces (floors, tiles, work surfaces, drains, etc.), and clearing trash and waste,\n\nAssisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place, including peeling and chopping vegetables,\n\nPackaging and unpackaging food products,\n\nApplying and respecting hygiene and safety regulations,\n\nSorting waste,\n\nTransporting waste to designated containers,\n\nClearing and emptying plates and dishes,\n\nEmptying trash bins.\n\nABOUT YOU \nYou have a genuine interest in the world of gastronomy.\nYou demonstrate strong
