In this role, your main responsibilities will include:\nWelcoming and assisting guests from arrival through to departure,\n\nAnswering phone calls and managing reservations accurately,\n\nInforming guests about stay conditions, services, and local activities,\n\nHandling billing, payments, and various administrative tasks,\n\nPromoting the property and contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty,\n\nHelping achieve the department’s qualitative and quantitative objectives,\n\nCarrying out any additional tasks assigned by management.\n\nABOUT YOU\nWell-groomed appearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills,\n\nAttention to detail, team spirit, and initiative,\n\nExperience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end establishment,\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office;
