Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:\nGreet and assist all guest as soon as they come in.\n\nManage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services.\n\nRespond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request.\n\nEnsure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards.\n\nIn coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints.\n\nEnsure the good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping, and F&B).\n\nCoordinate security at the front desk in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings.\n\nParticipate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails.\n\nAssist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time.\n\nEnsure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant.\n\nEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.\n\nABOUT YOU\nA minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position,\n\nWell-groomed appearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills,\n\nAttention to detail, team spirit, and initiative,\n\nExperience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end establishment,\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera software is an advantage,\n\nFluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus,\n\nAvailability, flexibility, and motivation to thrive in a demanding environment.\n\nExperience the Experimental !\nThroughout your experience, you will be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.
