Condiciones Industria:Telecomunicaciones Modalidad: 100% presencial Ubicación: Buenos Aires Tipo de contratación: Relación de dependencia con Experis Argentina Sobre el rol Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en tecnologías Cloud e infraestructura IT, orientados a brindar soporte técnico especializado y participar en proyectos de migración de servicios y plataformas hacia nubes públicas.\nResponsabilidades Brindar soporte técnico especializado durante procesos de migración a Cloud. Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes de infraestructura y plataformas. Coordinar intercambios técnicos con clientes y equipos internos. Ejecutar troubleshooting sobre entornos de redes, servidores, almacenamiento y bases de datos. Colaborar con equipos de producto, preventa y operaciones para asegurar la estabilidad de los servicios. Participar en proyectos de transformación y migración de infraestructura hacia nubes públicas. Monitorear el uso de servicios cloud e identificar riesgos operativos. Generar documentación técnica y mejores prácticas para los clientes.\nRequisitos Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. Más de 5 años de experiencia en proyectos Cloud o soporte de plataformas Cloud. Experiencia en migración de infraestructura y servicios hacia nubes públicas. Conocimientos de sistemas operativos, bases de datos y middleware. Experiencia en tecnologías de datacenter, infraestructura y redes. Conocimientos en: DNS LDAP Active Directory Infraestructura IT empresarial Experiencia participando en proyectos de gran escala. Deseable: Certificaciones en AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud o Huawei Cloud. Experiencia en desarrollo de software y automatización. Competencias clave Resolución de problemas complejos. Capacidad de análisis técnico. Excelente comunicación con clientes y equipos internos. Proactividad y orientación al servicio.
