Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, the successful candidate will provide technical leadership across embedded software development, low-level platform integration and flight software.\n\nJob Title: Senior Embedded Software Architect – RTOS / BSP / Embedded \nLinux\n\nLocation: Sainte-Anne de Bellevue \n\nWhat’s the Job?\n\n Define and contribute to the software architecture and design of complex embedded and flight software systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems, Digital, RF and Hardware engineers to develop software for satellite and space applications. Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through implementation, integration and testing. Develop and maintain embedded software using C/C++ for real-time and resource-constrained environments. Work with RTOS platforms and contribute to the design and integration of real-time embedded applications. \nWhat’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in embedded software development, with significant experience in low-level embedded systems. Strong experience with C and C++. Strong experience with RTOS platforms and real-time embedded software. Strong experience with BSP integration and embedded processor/SoC bring-up.
