Working across business and technology functions, you will ensure major programmes deliver sustainable outcomes while reducing complexity, increasing reuse, and strengthening the overall enterprise landscape.\nThis role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term architectural vision with pragmatic delivery, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding key technology decisions across applications, data, cloud, integration, security, and engineering functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and evolve enterprise-wide target and transitional architectures.\nTranslate business strategy into technology direction, investment priorities, and delivery roadmaps.\nProvide architectural leadership across major transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks.\nDrive technology simplification, rationalisation, and platform consolidation initiatives.\nPartner with engineering, cloud, data, security, and business teams to shape strategic platforms and capabilities.\nLead architecture decision-making across multiple domains including applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and cloud.\nEvaluate new technologies, platforms, and vendors, balancing value, risk, cost, resilience, and scalability.\nEnsure architecture supports operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and long-term maintainability.\nAssess emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to identify opportunities for enterprise value creation.About You\nYou will be an experienced architecture leader with a strong track record of operating at enterprise level within complex organisations.\nEssential Experience\nSignificant experience as an Enterprise Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior architecture role.\nExperience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps across multiple business domains and technology functions.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders.\nExpertise across application architecture, integration, cloud platforms, data, security, and engineering practices.\nKnowledge of architecture governance, capability-based planning, technology transformation, and operating models.\nExperience evaluating strategic technology options and communicating trade-offs effectively.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex architectural concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.Technical Expertise\nModern architecture approaches including cloud-native, SaaS, API-led, event-driven, and data-centric architectures.\nStrong understanding of AWS and Azure environments.\nEnterprise integration patterns including APIs, messaging, events, orchestration, and data movement.\nData architecture, governance, lineage, and quality management principles.\nEngineering and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and security scanning.\nOperational resilience, service ownership, disaster recovery, and non-functional architecture considerations.\nExposure to AI,
