We even have a family company picnic and a holiday party.\n Total Compensation - Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match to help you save for your future and ensure that you can retire with financial security.\nCompensation: Budgeted between $95,400 and $124,000 dependent upon applicable experience.\nRemote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.\nResponsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.\nFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.\nConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.\nOversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.\nCollaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake.\nLead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.\nWork directly with management and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build strong relationships.\nDevelop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of data analytics solutions.\nAnalyze complex datasets to answer key questions from stakeholders and drive business performance improvements.\nCreate source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.\nPropose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.\nDevelop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.\nPresent information using advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.\nDocument all processes, methodologies, and findings thoroughly.\nEnsure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nFive years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.\nProficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.\nExperience in creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.\nPreferred:\nExperience in the software development industry.\nCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.\nTravel:\nAbility to travel\nEvery team member exhibits our core values:\nTeam First\nLift Others Up\nShare Openly\nSet and Crush Goals\nDelight the Client\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
