Delivers in own area and contributes to overall on-time and on-budget project goal.\nResponsibilities\nWorks on multiple phases of a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and sometimes complex assignments.\nTakes responsibility for a certain area and conditions as well as results evaluation, problem resolution and planning.\nSelects appropriate standards, methods, tools and applications for project use.\nApplies data analysis and data modelling techniques to modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).\nCreates and executes basic non-functional test scripts following a given set of guidelines and sets up test environments, data and monitors.\nDesigns, codes, tests and documents simple programs or scripts and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered system.\nCo-ordinates the information gathering and reporting process, conducting research to define problems and preparing responses to anticipated questions.\nAccurately identifies project risks and reports effectively to relevant stakeholders. Manages issues, risks, actions, dependencies, and defects to the success of the project.\nCreates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements. Can report on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.\nProduces test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.\nMaintains the status of project and provides guidance to the work of junior team members, works across teams to achieve group goals.\nQualifications\nFluency in German is a MUST, English is preferable.\nBachelor Degree in Computer science or Mechatronics Engineering is a MUST.\nExcellent communication skills\n ISTQB Foundation level is highly preferred\nGood problem solving skills.\nIntermediate theoretical knowledge in quality engineering methodologies.\nHas good applications/technology knowledge.\nExperience and, or knowledge in any of the performance testing, data and test automation tools such as HP Performance Center/ LoadRunner, HP UFT /QTP, HP Service Test, Service Virtualize, SoapUI, CA LISA, CA GridTools Data Maker/ DataManager, JMeter, Neoload, Selenium, IBM Rational Integration Tester, Rational Robot, Borland SilkTest, TOSCA, Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin etc.\nProgramming knowledge (ideally VB, Java, C#) and technical expertise in script languages (Shell, Perl, etc.).\nGood knowledge on Cloud concepts and visualization.\nEssential skills\nGeneral:\nShows genuine interest in the business and clients. Understands how the business can contribute to clients.\nProfessional attitude, with experience in treating stakeholders with respect and dignity.\nOpen to the possibility of change and considers ways to implement and adapt any changes in own role.\nGood communication skills, communicating effectively with appropriate level of detail, using language that connects with different audiences.\nTechnical:\nBasic knowledge of the fundamentals of quality engineering processes and principles and understands the differences and benefits between the core services and can communicate this.\nHas a basic level of quality engineering expertise and can combine with domain understanding.\nGood understanding of system architecture. Has experience in at least one development language and discipline.
