This position is an individual contributor role within our Professional Services Organization and reports to the PS Manager.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nThe Professional Services team works with customers from day one ensuring the products and solutions implemented are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the project and organization.\nThe ideal candidate will be someone with a \"consultative\" background interfacing with clients on a daily basis and able to be hands-on technically with our solution(s).\nWork directly with customers to define requirements and deploy solutions. \nDeliver business analysis and solutions engineering - work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes and define and implement the solutions in Blue.\nAble to manage multiple projects concurrently\nAble to act as project manager on behalf of clients, to help them remain within the scope of their projects, maintain timelines and meet deadlines.\nWork as a member of a project team (internal and client).
