equipment, and project materials to and from warehouses, venues, and client sites.\nLoad, secure, unload, and handle exhibition assets while ensuring they arrive safely and on time.\nLead or assist with the installation (bump-in) and dismantling (bump-out) of exhibition stands, displays, and event infrastructure.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Warehouse, Production, and Install teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.\nComplete vehicle inspections, maintain delivery documentation, and ensure compliance with road safety and company procedures.\nAssist with warehouse duties including packing, organising, preparing, and maintaining exhibition assets when required.\nRepresent Expo Centric professionally on-site while maintaining strong relationships with clients, venue staff, and suppliers.\nEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with WHS requirements.\nWhat You'll Bring\nCurrent Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver Licence(essential).\nExperience driving trucks transporting equipment, freight, or event materials.\nPrevious experience in exhibitions, events, construction, logistics, furniture removals, staging, shopfitting, or similar industries.\nComfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work.\nExperience installing exhibition stands, displays, staging, or similar structures is highly regarded.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel during peak event periods.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on-site.\nExcellent communication and teamwork
