capacity building initiatives.\n\nPerforming other procedures necessary to support issuance of the assurance deliverables\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree.\n\n5+ years of experience as a training manager or in a similar role with a track record of designing and implementing training programs.\n\nKnowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.\n\nStrong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate others.\n\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving organizational goals through effective training and development initiatives.\n\nProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms\n\nBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills.\n\nExcellent management and leadership skills.\n\nExcellent planning and organizing
