The individual in this position will coordinate maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, HVAC, furniture, site and building security, and fire protection systems.\nYou will be responsible for\nGeneral grounds maintenance to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdown of facilities, machinery, and equipment to include HVAC equipment\nMaintaining a clean and sanitary office environment through adequate coordination of janitorial services\nScheduling approved maintenance repairs\nAssisting with facility safety and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including building and fire codes, OSHA, and EPA\nResponding to the emergency needs of the firm on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis\nYou will have the following skills and qualifications\nHigh school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in the facilities maintenance field or related areas\nAbility to set up and operate basic tools and machinery to perform assigned work\nAbility to work in high places, such as roofs\nForklift experience a plus\nMust have strong computer skills in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access\nMust have excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills\nPresently legally authorized to work in the United States.
