This individual will lead high-impact engineering initiatives, work closely with onshore stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across offshore teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader, an effective communicator, and a proactive, go-getter personality who takes ownership, drives clarity, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams delivering AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.\n\n- Act as a bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution.\n\n- Provide technical leadership in areas such as AI/ML solutions, automation, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.\n\n- Lead end-to-end AI-based software delivery, covering design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled solutions.\n\n- Own delivery outcomes including planning, execution, risk management, quality, and timelines.\n\n- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans.\n\n- Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices; ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI capabilities (e.g., ML models, GenAI, intelligent automation) in engineering solutions where applicable.\n\n- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate with solutions, not just problems.\n\n- Mentor and grow engineers and leads; foster a high-ownership, high-performance culture.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.\n\nLeadership & Behavioural Expectations : \n\n- Highly proactive and execution-driven; takes ownership and pushes work forward without waiting for direction.\n\n- Comfortable challenging status quo constructively and driving decisions.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership.\n\n- Collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented.\n\nBasic Qualifications : \n\n- 10 years of overall engineering experience, with 8 years in an Engineering Manager / Technical Manager role.\n\n- Strong hands-on background in software engineering, with exposure to Python, AI/ML, or data engineering.\n\n- Experience working in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.\n\n- Solid understanding of Python, AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, data pipelines, inference, governance), Cloud platforms (Preferably AWS/Azure), and modern application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).\n\n- Excellent communication skills able to clearly articulate technical and delivery topics to business and leadership audiences.\n\n- Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently.\n\n- Proven experience handling ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-moving programs.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.\n\n- Exposure to regulated or large-scale enterprise systems.\n\n- Experience with Agile / Scrum at scale.\n\n- Healthcare domain exposure is an add-on.\n\nAbout Rialtic : \n\nRialtic is an enterprise software platform empowering health insurers and healthcare providers to run their most critical business functions.
