From our CEO to our new Graduates, each of our people demonstrates our PRIDE principles which are at the core of everything we do.\nOverall Purpose of the Job:\nTo provide architectural and support functions to the Exponential-E’s internal and external Network Management Systems.\nCarrying out daily duties and necessary tasks on ongoing projects and implement new ones, as defined by your Manager.\nYou will be a key part of the Network Management Systems team, your passion will contribute to Exponential-e continuous leading edge in the telecoms market.\nWorking mainly with the Core Engineering, R&D, and DevOps Team, developing and maintaining software for cutting-edge technologies like SDN and SD-WAN.\nKey responsibilities for this role\nArchitecture, Design and Planning of all existing and new NMS systems, in order to support existing and new networks and services\nInstall, configure and maintain all NMS systems\nDesign, test, and validation of maintenance patches and minor code changes\nDaily administration and troubleshooting of Network Management Systems, and support all related applications\nProduction of implementation and technical service documentation\nProvide support to the Customer Service teams\nWork in parallel with normal daily duties to deliver assigned projects\nBeing able to provide out-of-hours support (24x7x365 rota)\nDeliver any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager\nPrimary requirements\nExisting SC clearance, or being able to obtain a new SC clearance\nSysAdmin on *nix production environments (RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu, etc)\nNetwork management principles, protocols and technologies\nNetworking protocols and technologies\nCloud technologies, VMWare vCenter\nSNMP, MIBs and related technologies\nDB servers (MySql, Postgre SQL, Cassandra) and SQL languages\nAdditional knowledge/skills\nNokia NSP/NFM-P systems\nAnsible\nProgramming languages (advanced Python, C#)\nKafka\nJit, Rancid\nXML, JSON\nIP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), MPLS\nScripting languages (Python, Perl, etc)\nOur People\nOur people are what makes Exponential-e Group the company it is today.
