The successful candidate will help teams learn and adopt delivery and operational best practices, facilitate agile events, and remove impediments. This individual is also a personal coach for team members and an innovator who constantly seeks continuous improvement and builds high performing teams.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAgile Delivery Planning & Team Facilitation: \nLead scrum ceremonies and facilitate planning, prioritization, and execution activities. Support the development and delivery of annual OKRs and quarterly delivery plans, ensuring alignment between business priorities and team commitments. Manage dependencies, remove impediments, facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, conflict resolution and enable teams to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines.\nDelivery Management & Execution Oversight:\nMaintain delivery plans and Roadmaps, monitor progress against milestones, coordinate cross-team activities, and provide clear status reporting to support successful delivery of business and technology outcomes. Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.\nData Operations & Service Management Support:\nSupport the intake, triage, prioritization, and coordination of data incidents, Service Now requests, business intakes, vulnerability management and operational issues. Assist teams with change management activities, including impact assessment, readiness, communication, and coordination to minimize disruption to data services.\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management: \nIdentify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints. Facilitate resolution through collaboration, escalation, and mitigation planning to minimize delivery impacts.\nStakeholder Management & Governance: \nBuild strong relationships with business, technology, vendor, and executive stakeholders. Manage expectations, facilitate alignment, and ensure visibility into delivery progress, risks, decisions, and priorities.\nContinuous Improvement: \nPromote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness, delivery practices, and operational processes. Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.\nTeam Collaboration & Enablement \nFoster collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing within and across teams. Clarify team objectives and interdependencies while empowering teams to take ownership of their delivery outcomes. Clearly frame team's purpose and create space for the team to operationalize as they see fit.\nWhat we are looking for:\nUndergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration. \nMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. \nMinimum 2 years of experience supporting project delivery and operational activities in a technology environment. \nIntermediate knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, DevOps and the Scrum and Kanban Frameworks. \nBasic understanding of cloud-based data platforms and how data solutions are delivered and operated. \nWhat will make you stand out:\nScrum Master and/or PM certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, DASSM). \nKnowledge of AzureDevOps and Planview applications. \nProject management, technical business analysis or business systems analysis experience. \nWorking knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow (ITSM) to support incident, request, change, and service management processes. \nReporting analytics experience with PowerBI, MS Fabric, Azure Databricks, Purview, Azure Cloud Engineering and Profisee considered an asset. \nBilingual in both official languages (English and French). \nEligibility:\nEDC is committed to Fair Employment Practices and preference will be given to a candidate who is able to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
