If you're energized by solving complex challenges, improving processes, and enabling others to succeed through technology, you'll thrive in this role.\nJob Type: Hybrid - typically 4 days in-office / 1 day remote \n\nCompensation: $95,000-105,000 + Bonus opportunity \n\nLocation: 43rd Ave & Washington (Corporate Office) \nSchedule: Flexible start times available - 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shifts. \nWhat You’ll Do\nOverseeing daily IT operations, prioritizing support requests, assigning work, mentoring technicians, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. \nServing as the primary escalation point for complex issues involving infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, business applications, voice systems, and mobile devices. \nDriving continuous improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, including administration of Jira Service Management. \nManaging technology projects from planning through implementation, coordinating timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. \nMaintaining documentation, asset inventories, security controls, and operational standards that support a secure, scalable IT environment. \nPartnering with vendors to coordinate installations, service requests, and project deliverables. \nSupporting the Director of IT by making sound operational decisions and helping ensure the department runs efficiently every day.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure, technical support, or a related field. \nExperience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of technical teams. \nHands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes; Jira Service Management experience is highly preferred. \nProven success managing multiple technology projects from planning through completion. \nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, endpoint management, enterprise applications, and mobile device administration. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nA continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional technology experience for end users.\nOur Technology Environment\nUbiquiti UniFi network infrastructure\nJira Service Management supporting ITSM and ITAM\nMicrosoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Azure services\nRingCentral voice communications; Five9 contact center with Balto\nNetSuite ERP; Improveit 360/Salesforce CRM; and an Apple iPad fleet managed through Scalefusion MDM\nWhy People Love Working Here\nAward-Winning Culture.
