Ensuring product is received, maintained and stored properly, and distributed both with care and timely to our installation teams is of vital importance to the continued success and growth of the company.\nThe Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; store and distribute supplies and equipment; maintain inventory and stock records; and perform related work as required. On the job training will be provided.\nJob Type: In-Person - Full-Time \nCompensation: $20-21 hourly\nWhat You’ll Do \nPick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using RF-equipment/technology.\nOperate PC and RF-based computer systems with a high level of accuracy.\nEnsure timely & accurate input of data into company ERP/WMS as needed.\nEnsure fulfillments are picked/packed/shipped in a fast-paced manner.\nLoad and unload cargo from in/outbound trucks with forklift and/or pallet jacks.\nAccurately measure, cut, and package roll products.\nReceive, store, and ship goods and materials based on assigned tasks.\nTag all inbound merchandise with receiving data and put away in designated locations.\nMove freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas and loading docks.\nLoad/deliver flooring materials to customers/contractors outside of warehouse locations. \nSafely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.\nVerify inventory level in system against physical count of stock in warehouse locations.\nStrict adherence to clean and maintain the warehouse & compliance with OSHA safety standards.\nStack and pile boards, lumber, and pallets as needed.\nPerform maintenance and upkeep each shift ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized.\nComplete any other tasks assigned by management.\nWhat You’ll Bring \nPromote positive and professional work environment.\nProvide suggestions for improvement & innovative solutions to warehouse operations & functions.\nCommunicate clearly and concisely, orally, and in writing.\nEstablish & maintain cooperative working relationships with company employees & vendors.\nRequires heavy weightlifting (60+ lbs.) ability on a regular basis.\nKnowledge of database and Microsoft Office Software programs utilized by the company.
