The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business requirements, analyzing existing processes, and translating operational needs into effective technology solutions.\n\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, the Senior Business Analyst will oversee requirements gathering, system documentation, testing, implementation, training, and post-implementation reviews to ensure technology solutions are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify business needs, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nAnalyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and process optimization.\n\nDocument business requirements, workflows, and analysis findings in System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and obtain approval and sign-off from relevant stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify process variations, patterns, and opportunities for standardization.\n\nAnalyze and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications.\n\nDevelop comprehensive test plans and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.\n\nCoordinate, facilitate, and execute system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\n\nPrepare user training materials, system documentation, and operating manuals.\n\nSupport the successful implementation of new systems and technology services through training sessions, demonstrations, documentation, and on-site operational support when required.\n\nConduct post-implementation reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners to evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for immediate or future enhancements.\n\nAssist with routine system audits, including data accuracy, reliability, integrity, and the adequacy of security controls within major business applications.\n\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with business users and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular project updates.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong combination of business analysis expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience analyzing, documenting, and improving complex business processes.\n\nStrong knowledge of business application systems and their implementation within an organization.\n\nExperience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing is highly desirable, with 5 years of experience preferred in each area.\n\nExperience working within retail, distribution, or other complex operational environments is an asset.\n\nProfessional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or another designation related to the application of IT in business operations or management is considered an asset.\n\nTechnical Knowledge & Skills\n\nStrong understanding of business processes, system requirements gathering, and business process analysis.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and system solutions.\n\nDemonstrated experience preparing System Requirements Specifications (SRS), test plans, test cases, and user documentation.\n\nKnowledge of system testing methodologies, including User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End testing.\n\nAbility to plan, organize, and document complex system design and implementation activities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues.\n\nAbility to assess system configurations and ensure alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and business requirements.\n\nProfessional Attributes\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.\n\nAbility to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and external stakeholders.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.\n\nDemonstrated initiative, flexibility, and responsiveness in completing tasks.\n\nFluent in spoken and written English.\n\nKnowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual Salary: $55,000 – $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.\n\nThe
