The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, technical teams, and external partners to ensure infrastructure systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate infrastructure solutions.\n\nLead and coordinate infrastructure-related projects, overseeing planning, implementation, and deployment activities.\n\nWork with internal infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and third-party service providers to design, engineer, implement, and maintain technology solutions.\n\nMonitor, assess, and analyze existing infrastructure systems to identify opportunities for improvement, potential risks, performance issues, and future scalability requirements.\n\nContribute to the development of infrastructure strategies, technology roadmaps, and architectural designs aligned with organizational objectives.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including infrastructure configurations, system changes, technical designs, and specifications.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, investigate system failures, and coordinate with relevant technical teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.\n\nSupport the ongoing stability, availability, and security of enterprise infrastructure systems.\n\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nThe ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical ability, and strong communication skills.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT infrastructure or similar technical role.\n\nDemonstrated experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure environments.\n\nExperience coordinating or managing technical projects is considered an asset.\n\nTechnical Knowledge & Skills\n\nComprehensive knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and servers.\n\nProficiency with operating systems, databases, cloud computing environments, and authentication systems.\n\nStrong understanding of IT hardware, software, system integration, and infrastructure architecture.\n\nAbility to assess infrastructure requirements and recommend effective, secure, and scalable solutions.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nProfessional Attributes\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nService-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.\n\nDemonstrated initiative, flexibility, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.\n\nFlexibility to participate in rotating shifts and provide occasional after-hours support as operationally required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual Salary: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.\n\nThe successful candidate will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:\n\nPerformance-based bonuses.\n\nExtended health, dental, and vision coverage.\n\nRetirement benefits.\n\nLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.\n\nPaid vacation, sick leave, marriage leave, and bereavement leave.\n\nEmployee purchase discount program.\n\nSubsidized staff meals.\n\nWorking Schedule\n\nFull-time, 5-day work week.\n\nMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.\n\nActual working hours may vary slightly depending on departmental and operational requirements.\n\nRotating shift coverage and occasional after-hours support may be required.\n\nHow to Apply\nIf you are an experienced IT Infrastructure professional looking for an opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology initiatives within an established organization, we would like to hear from you!\n\nPlease submit your resume by email to:\n\n\n\nPlease include IT Infrastructure Analyst in the subject line of your email.\n\nApplications will be reviewed as they are received.
