Senior Technical Program Manager

We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the growth and monetization initiative pipeline across checkout, portal, and marketing surfaces - coordinating engineering, QA, design, payments, and marketing from requirement to production rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a continuous stream of cross-functional initiatives, including: Pricing and packaging experiments, Campaign and landing page launches, Payment method rollouts, Flow migrations, Funnel changes - Running several initiatives in parallel, each at different stages of delivery.

• Translate marketing and commercial requirements into technical scope engineering teams can act on, and technical constraints back into terms stakeholders can plan around.

• Own rollout mechanics for each item: dependency mapping, sequencing, feature flag and staged-release strategy, rollback criteria, go/no-go.

• Run the release and experiment calendar; prevent collisions between concurrent tests, campaigns, and deploys.

• Partner with QA on test strategy and release readiness, with extra rigor on revenue-critical paths.

• Ensure instrumentation and success metrics are defined and in place before launch, not after.

• Be the single point of accountability and status for the CTO and business stakeholders. Surface risk early and unblock rather than report.

• Drive post-launch review, and close the loop on regressions and follow-up work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Program, or Delivery Lead roles, including at least 1 year in consumer subscription, e-commerce, or payments.

• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives across three or more cross-functional teams.

• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to understand API specifications, web architecture, release processes, and challenge engineering estimates.
