They would like to recruit for a valuable client.\n\nJob Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Customer Service Executive – Sales Support on behalf of a client in the oil and gas sector. The role involves managing customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, lead generation, and account administration to support customer retention, sales growth, and service excellence\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nHandle customer calls and other interactions professionally.\n\nEngage existing, potential, and inactive customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.\n\nConduct follow-up calls and lead generation activities to support sales and customer retention.\n\nReceive, document, and respond to customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback.\n\nCoordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.\n\nFollow up on outstanding complaints and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.\n\nProvide administrative and operational support to the commercial and sales teams.\n\nSupport customer follow-ups and other activities aimed at improving sales performance and customer retention.\n\nAssist in tracking customer requests and ensuring timely service delivery.\n\nSupport customer card management processes in line with established procedures.\n\nAssist in monitoring customer accounts and ensuring compliance with applicable credit requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate records relating to customer cards and credit-related transactions.\n\nMaintain and update customer databases and account records.\n\nEnsure customer information is accurate, complete, and properly documented.\n\nSupport customer account administration and reporting processes.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or any other relevant field.\n\nAt least one (1) year of relevant working experience in customer service, sales support, data management, or a related role.\n\nExperience in data analysis, customer database management, reporting, and customer account administration.\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nGood analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.\n\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail when
