They would like to recruit for a valuable client.\n\nJob Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Hub Coordinator for a client in the petroleum sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Hub, driving sales and revenue growth, ensuring efficient stock and cash management.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nAchieve the Hub’s approved monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure performance is regularly reviewed.\n\nEnsure all cash and cheque collections are banked daily into designated company collection accounts.\n\nEnsure all credit sales are approved before issuance.\n\nManage Hub expenses within approved budgets and maintain accurate expense records and supporting documents.\n\nEnsure timely payment of utility, security, and other Hub-related bills.\n\nPrepare and submit accurate monthly Hub reports within the company’s stipulated timelines.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, sales, banking, expenses, cylinder movements, customer data, and cage operations.\n\nMaintain an organized filing system and ensure all Hub records and correspondence are properly secured and easily retrievable.\n\nMaintain high customer service standards, address customer feedback and complaints, and provide relevant market insights and recommendations.\n\nEnsure the safety and proper management of company assets, support LPG promotions, and promptly report maintenance and safety requirements.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nDiploma or certificate in business administration, or a related field.\n\nTwo years of experience in a similar role.\n\nStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools.\n\nAbility to multitask and perform under pressure.\n\nStrong analytical and
