You will operate as a fullstack developer within a highly collaborative and cross-functional team that takes features from ideation to production every week. You’ll join a team that values synchronous collaboration and prioritizes shared outcomes.\nAt Extend, you'll:\nOwn product features end-to-end, from technical design through production, across our stack.\nExecute on challenging technical problems while staying grounded in whythe work exists, not just how to implement a solution. \nWork closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design.\nContribute to your team's culture by communicating openly, giving and receiving feedback well, and prioritizing shared outcomes.\nSet and uphold a high bar for code quality, reliability, and maintainability, and help teammates do the same through code review and design discussions.\nMake sound day-to-day tradeoffs between velocity, quality, and scope, and deliver impact quickly without sacrificing correctness.\nUse modern tools (including AI) as leverage to explore solutions faster and deliver impact sooner.\nBring customer obsession to your development process, regularly asking: How does this make the experience better for our users?\nTHE CANDIDATE\n2-7 years of professional experience building and maintaining production software.\nHands-on experience shipping with React or comparable modern frontend frameworks. Bonus points for experience with mobile development.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining backend services, with a good grasp of API design, data modeling, and performance considerations.
