You will help global clients build dedicated, high-performing offshore teams by finding and engaging top talent across Mortgage, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance or other specialist function.\nEngagement type: This is a 3-month project-based independent contractor role, with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with account managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring timelines.\n\nRun the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlist presentation.\n\nSource active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent communities.\n\nConduct initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess skills, communication, culture fit, and client-specific requirements.\n\nCoordinate technical and client interviews, and gather feedback to keep candidates and stakeholders aligned.\n\nManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.\n\nDeliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through interview.\n\nTrack and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.\n\nHandle volume and specialized hiring for multiple client accounts at once.\n\nRecommend ways to improve sourcing channels, screening methods, and hiring processes.\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or an agency setting.\n\nProven ability to source and close candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.\n\nStrong interviewing and assessment skills, with sound judgment on skills and cultural fit.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, including professional engagement with international clients.\n\nHands-on experience with an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple requisitions at once.\nCompensation: Php80,000 -
