Extendicare offers rewarding and meaningful work where you can enrich your life and the lives of others.\nThis position is for our Extendicare Oakview Place, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nPlan, implement and evaluate both individual and group activation programs based on assessed needs and as assigned by the Supervisor.\nSet up and clean activity areas as necessary and transport residents to and from programs. Monitor the behavior and condition of residents during programs and report any significant changes to the Supervisor and nursing staff as appropriate.\nParticipate in the development and revision of programs under the guidance of the Supervisor.\nMaintain program and resident records according to department policy.
